Role Description
As the ML Application Project Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of AI/ML pipelines that showcase NeuReality’s platform capabilities. You will work closely with the Product and CTO teams to collect and integrate requirements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and strategic objectives. Through your leadership, you will define clear project scopes, develop actionable plans, and establish key performance indicators to guide the successful execution of each project.
Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of AI pipeline development, from conceptualization to customer release. This includes overseeing the design and optimization of workloads for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, large language models (LLMs), and other emerging models, ensuring they are tailored to leverage the full potential of NeuReality’s platforms. You will also lead efforts to benchmark and characterize these pipelines, comparing their performance with competing solutions in the AI inference acceleration space.
You will understand the unique requirements of targeted customers and ensure their workloads are efficiently deployed on NeuReality platforms. You will identify gaps in current solutions and drive features to enhance performance and usability, while ensuring seamless communication and alignment between teams.
You will coordinate across R&D, Product, and CTO teams to integrate insights and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Regularly communicating project progress, risks, and milestones, maintaining transparency and alignment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background in AI/ML pipeline development and a proven track record of managing complex projects. Expertise in deep learning, with a focus on NLP, computer vision, or LLMs, is essential. You should possess project management skills, including the ability to define clear scopes, develop detailed plans, and track progress through KPIs. Familiarity with AI inference acceleration platforms and their competitive landscape. Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling you to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
