Executive Assistant
About The Position
NeuReality is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our dynamic CEO.
In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s agenda and calendar, coordinating intricate travel arrangements, and offering conference support, all with a discreet and professional approach.
Your exceptional organizational skills, high ownership, keen attention to detail, and ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a complex and fast-paced calendar, including prioritizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, business travel, and daily activities
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of business travel arrangements, including coordinating and setting up meetings with customers, partners, investors, and others, and booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Organize and assist with the planning and execution of company events and conferences.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Facilitate communication across the organization and collaborate closely with the companies’ managements staff, Chief of Staff, Office Manager, HR and operations on various projects.
• This is an on-site position in our offices in Caesarea, with flexible working hours and high availability requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
- Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and be available for occasional off-hours work.
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude and strong decision-making ability.
